The Old Room

This intimate room, with its thick stone walls that envelop you in a sense of history, was situated alongside the main chimney to provide warmth during the winter months in the snug quarters of a small house.

Today, the chimney and its visible stones serve as purely decorative elements, adding a beautiful charm to this modernly equipped bedroom
The Sands Room

Inspired by golden sun rays and the natural hues of beach sand, The Sands Room creates a beautiful retreat. Newly added during renovation, it offers freshness to old stone walls, adding a touch of coastal charm. Step onto the French balcony to feel the gentle sea breeze and admire the endless beauty beyond.

For added comfort, the bed can be arranged as one double bed or two single beds, catering to our guests' preferences for a perfect stay.
The Living Room

The living room is the heart of the villa. Originally the nucleus of the home, it retains a sense of time-honored tradition. The rare ognjišÄ‡e, the focal point of the space, remains a cherished feature. It is surrounded by niches that once served as both shelves and kitchen cabinets, along with a bread oven which was a rarity in old houses.
Increasing its appeal, the room is crowned with a oil on canvas painting, crafted by a renowned and respected Croatian artist, infusing the simple seaside living room with a sense of artistic prestige and refinement.
Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and essential culinary utensils and tools, ensuring convenience and efficiency in meal preparation.
It boasts a stunning countertop crafted from a single piece of hand-made concrete in terrazzo style, adding a touch of rustic charm to the space.
